Chicken Tikka Boti in Air Fryer
Chicken Tikka Boti in Air Fryer
(a quick and easy recipe)
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast (murghi) cut into cubes 500 gms
- ginger garlic (adrak lahsan) paste 1 tblsp
- salt (namak) ¼ tsp
- coriander (dhaniya) powder 1tsp
- red chilli (lal mirchi) powder ½ tsp
- turmeric (haldi) powder ¼ tsp
- chicken spices (tikka masala) powder 1tblsp
- yoghurt (dahi) 4 tblsp
- capsicum yellow/green (shimla mirch) 1 piece each cut into pieces
- cooking oil ½ cup to brush on
- wooden sticks 5 nos
Directions:
- cut chicken breast into small cube pieces
- take a bowl and mix all spices with yoghurt and whisk into a smooth paste
- add chicken cubes in the paste and mix well to cover each piece with paste
- refrigerate the chicken cubes for 4 hours to be marinated well
- take skewer and thread chicken cubes on it
- keep ready all skewers
- heat up the air fryer on 200 centigrade
- put all the skewers in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes
- turn the skewers upside down and apply oil on
- cook again for another 15 minutes
- check and remove from the air fryer when light brown
- take them out in a platter and garnish with fresh coriander
and serve with lemon, chutney and naans

Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast Boneless 125 gms
- Potato 1 Medium Size
- Eggs 2 nos
- Oil for frying 2 cups
- Onion 1 Medium Size
- Ginger Garlic Past ½ tsp
- Breadcrumbs 2 tblsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Black Pepper Powder ¼ tsp
- Red Chilli Coarse ¼ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder ¼ tsp
- Tomato Ketchup
Preparation & Procedure:
- Clean chicken breast and cut into small pieces
- Clean and boil the potato and cut into small pieces
- Peel the onion and cut into 4 pieces
- Put all the ingredients in a chopper and chop and blend them well into a smooth mixture
- Take a piping and put the mixture in it, put a butter paper in a tray and squeeze the piping full of mixture making the shape of a donut, connect the edge of the donuts by applying oil, now freeze the donuts
- Take the frozen donuts out and coat them well with the fine flour, dip them in the beaten eggs and cover them well with the breadcrumbs, make ready all the donuts and keep a side
- Put the oil in a frying pan and heat it on medium flame, put the donuts one by one in the frying pan and fry them for 15 mins turning each side up and down until light golden brown colour appears on them
- Dish them out and serve with tomato ketchup
